Executive coaching that fixes what your team won't tell you

Most leaders hear praise until the day they're replaced. We surface the patterns that stall careers, then build the habits that compound into real authority. Based in Gatineau, working with senior leaders across Canada and beyond.

Four weeks from pattern recognition to changed behaviour

We don't start with goals. We start with evidence. Before any coaching conversation, we gather data on how you actually operate under pressure, not how you think you operate.

Behavioural intake (week 1)

A 90-minute structured interview maps your decision-making defaults. We also collect anonymous input from four to six colleagues you choose, using a framework adapted from the Hogan assessment tradition. This isn't a 360 survey with vague adjectives; it asks for specific incidents.

Pattern report (week 2)

You receive a written analysis identifying two or three recurring patterns that limit your influence. Examples from past clients: a COO who defaulted to consensus in every meeting, diluting accountability; a VP of product who confused speed with urgency, burning trust with engineering leads.

Live practice sessions (weeks 3–4)

We rehearse real upcoming situations: a board presentation, a difficult termination conversation, a negotiation with a co-founder. Each session runs 60 minutes. You practise the new behaviour, get immediate feedback, then adjust on the spot.

Accountability cadence (ongoing)

After the initial four weeks, we shift to biweekly 45-minute calls. Each call opens with what happened since last time: what you tried, what worked, what fell apart. No journaling homework, no personality quizzes. Just observed behaviour and honest conversation.

Five leadership domains we work on

Decision quality under ambiguity

Senior roles demand choices with incomplete information. We train you to distinguish between reversible and irreversible decisions, then match your decision speed to the stakes. Clients typically report faster resolution on cross-functional conflicts within six weeks.

Presence in high-stakes rooms

Board meetings, investor pitches, regulatory hearings. The room reads your body before it hears your argument. We work on pacing, silence, and physical grounding so your message lands the way you intend.

Difficult conversations

Firing a long-tenured director. Telling a peer their project is getting cancelled. Pushing back on a CEO's pet initiative. We rehearse these conversations verbatim, refine the language, and prepare you for the three most likely emotional responses.

Transition acceleration

The first 100 days in a new role set the trajectory for the next three years. We compress the learning curve by mapping stakeholder expectations before you start, identifying quick wins that build political capital, and flagging inherited problems that need early attention.

Team design and delegation

Many executives hold work because they don't trust their team structure. We audit your direct reports against role demands, identify where you're compensating for a gap instead of filling it, and build a delegation map that frees your calendar for the work only you can do.

What changed for recent clients

We track coaching impact through pre/post colleague feedback and client self-report at 90 days. These numbers come from 23 engagements completed between 2023 and 2025.

VP Engineering, SaaS company (120 employees)

Entered coaching after receiving feedback that her team felt "managed, not led." Over 12 weeks, she restructured her one-on-ones to focus on blockers rather than status updates. Engagement scores in her division rose 14 points in the following quarter.

CFO, non-profit health network

Struggled with board communication after a merger. We rebuilt his board deck narrative and rehearsed Q&A handling. The next board meeting was the first in two years where no director requested a follow-up session to "clarify the numbers."

Before you reach out

The diagnostic phase runs four weeks. Most clients continue with biweekly calls for an additional three to six months. Some stay on a monthly cadence for over a year when they're navigating a long transition like a merger integration or a CEO succession. There is no minimum contract length after the initial diagnostic.
The four-week diagnostic is a flat fee of $4,200 CAD. Ongoing biweekly sessions are billed at $850 per session. For organization-sponsored engagements, we offer a six-month package with a reduced per-session rate. Pricing is discussed openly in the first call.
Both. The behavioural intake works best face-to-face if you're in the Gatineau-Ottawa region. All other sessions run over video. For clients who prefer in-person throughout, we accommodate that at our Gatineau office.
Therapy explores why you feel what you feel. Mentoring offers advice from someone who has done your job. Coaching focuses on changing observable behaviour in a defined timeframe. We don't give you our opinion on your strategy. We help you notice what you do, test alternatives, and pick the one that works.
We send a summary of themes and progress to the sponsoring organization at agreed intervals, but session content stays confidential. The only exception is if there's a risk of harm. That boundary is written into the engagement agreement before we start.

Tell us what you're working on

The diagnostic session is a 30-minute call with no fee. We'll ask what prompted you to look for coaching, what outcome would make the investment worth it, and whether we're the right fit. If we're not, we'll say so.
